How did picture A become picture B? 

Because picture A isn’t the original source for picture B. There are these things called comic books that The Avengers was based off of. CRAZY I know.

i mean, white wash casting is definitely a thing and is definitely a problem but Maria Hill was not really white wash casting.  can we please move on?  as far as I’m aware her ethnicity hasn’t really ever been explored in the comics and she is usually drawn as being rather white in appearance.

are we on this again. i will sound racist again that it bothers me how everyone complains about the lightest change of skintone except when a white character is suddenly black. i don’t care either way but this seems very hypocritical.
